Mr. Faisal Al-Saleh, CEO


Mr. Al-Saleh earned a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering degree from Penn State University and then went onto to Schlumberger where he attended the Oil Field courses and later received training at its world renowned Wireline School In Scotland (Livingston), and went ahead after serving in the field onto managing several Accounts and Rigs Services with Major International Oil &Gas companies like Qatar Petroleum (QP), Occidental (Oxy), and Exxon in Qatar (RasGas).  Mr. Al-Saleh is an experienced and knowledgeable field engineer by training and hands on with extensive technical knowledge of all facets concerning the Engineering, Oilfield Services, Management, Finance and Resource Management.  In addition to being a technical specialist and performing in a managerial capacity as well on many projects, including pipelines, rigs and drilling campaigns, Mr. Al-Saleh also brings real depth in the area of strategic planning with a clear vision having helped to develop several organizations’ corporate direction mandates, making tough decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy and executing.


Mr. Mohammad Naser, General Manager 


Mr. Naser has a Degree of industrial Electronics from Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan -2001. In which afterwards he worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services, Doha, Qatar from for eight years in which he was in Drilling and Measurement Operation Support, Responsible for all Technical issues including but not limited to failure analysis and all damaged Beyond Repair (DBR), asset management and inspection programs with all Schlumberger’s clients., also has been appointed through the course of his career with Schlumberger the Position of Engineer In-Charge for Maersk Oil Qatar. As he was fully trained to handle Hazardous Material for Radio Active and Lithium batteries for the D&M Qatar Location with these responsibilities, he was serving clients such as Maersk Oil Qatar AS, Qatar Petroleum (Dukhan Land Filed, Offshore on BH and MM fields), Occidental Petroleum of Qatar Ltd., TOTAL E&P Qatar, Anadarko Qatar, Occidental Petroleum of Bahrain Ltd. (exploration Offshore), and RasGas Operating Company.

Afterwards, he has joined multiple organizations in the field of developing businesses in the Oil and gas upstream core and associated services, where he has joined Salam Petroleum Company as the Sales Manager and joined Navi Holding Company to Establish Navi Doha General Services and Trading Company as Navi’s Arm in Qatar.
